We are still experiencing phone issues at the management office. Our consultants have been in contact with Verizon upper management. The information we received yesterday is not great. Verizon has 75% of the main feeds that service Battery Park and other downtown areas out of service. They informed us that the repairs may go into December. Verizon told us they will not have any technicians come to Gateway until they clear up their other issues at their main hubs. Gateway Management is working on installing a temporary IP based phone system that will provide us with multiple phone lines.

Updated Phone Information for Gateway Management

212 321 – 2002; Monday through Friday, 9 to 5

212 267 – 3312; Monday through Friday, 9 to 5

100 Lobby Desk: 212 321 – 2754 (after hours or on weekends, and can also be used if you cannot get through on the other phone numbers)

Time Warner

Any problems with cable are TWC problems. All building responsibilities have been restored as of Tuesday. As we get complaints from tenants we do call our contacts at TWC. We emphasize that any tenant that is experiencing a cable issue to call TWC directly. The random TWC problems this week are in all buildings and not just the 375 building.

Verizon

Per the information we received it may be weeks before tenants have Verizon land line services restored. If we receive new information we will update accordingly.

FEMA

FEMA was on site yesterday to leave information forms to be posted in each building. We will make copies of these forms and leave in each building for all tenants.
